The Gillen's are members of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, The Gillen's owned a real estate development business in addition to having professional careers. The business focused on the acquisition, renovation and resale of residential properties for profit. Simultaneously, Eileen was a Licensed Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist running a private practice and Brian was the CEO of an international logistics company, specializing in the global transport of beverages – primarily shipping wine from all over the world to the United States and Asia..

The Gillen's both earned their undergraduate degrees from Villanova University. They continued their graduate education with Eileen earning an M.A. from The New School for Social Research and a Ph.D. in School and Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University while Brian earned an M.S. in Business from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The Gillen's eventually settled in Moorestown, New Jersey where they raised two great daughters...both of whom have successful careers. One is a Finance professional in the Treasury Department of the largest regulated water/wastewater utility company in the United States and the other is pursuing her Master's Degree in Marketing as a complement to her Finance career in REIT's.

When enjoying the Florida lifestyle, you will often find Eileen and Brian on their boat touring water front neighborhoods or dropping a hook hoping to bring home 'the catch of the day'. When returning home, they are happily greeted by their two dogs, Finnegan and Augustine.
